New insights have shown that the embattled Kogi state Senator Dino Melaye is altogether afraid of being arrested and taken away to his state capital, Lokoja.
Dino who made news yesterday not for releasing a new song, but for trying to escape arrest has said that he would rather die than be taken into the custody of Yahaya Bello, the governor of Kogi and his greatest enemy.
Speaking after his re arrest yesterday, Dino had said that he will kill himself and put a lot of people in trouble.
While sitting on the floor and lamenting harshly, Dino had repeatedly asked why they want to take him to Lokoja and let Bello kill him.
“You want Bello to kill me there? I will kill myself” he repeatedly shouted.
The senator is allegedly wanted for arms running charges and would be paraded alongside other criminals who mentioned him.
