American exercise equipment and media company, Peloton Interactive, has banned the use of materials from Sean Combs popularly known as Diddy as well as the Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series.

The fitness manufacturer made this announcement about its decision to take Diddy’s material out of its playlists following a 2016 video by CNN that showed Diddy beating his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura popularly known as Cassie on Monday.

On a Facebook page for its private members, Peloton wrote: “We take this issue very seriously and can confirm Peloton has paused the use of Sean Combs’ music, as well as removed the Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series, on our platform,” TMZ reported on Monday, May 20.

The statement was made in response to a user who suggested that their “next purge needs to be all Diddy classes, Signed, women everywhere”.

The company also added that their “instructors are no longer using his music in any newly produced classes.”

Peloton has in the past removed Kanye West’s material from its exercise programs after the artist made a series of anti-Semitic remarks in 2022.
