Big Brother Naija winner, Whitemoney , has shared his experience at a party over the weekend on how the new Naira note is being sold at exobitant rate .
The entertainer said he saw mint new naira notes being sprayed at a party which got him wondering who sold the notes to them when banks don’t have.
