Kylian Mbappe has released an official statement to confirm that he will not sign new deal at PSG.
The contract of the French forward will expire in June 2024, which means failure to renew now will make him move to another club for free.
“I have NEVER discussed any contract renewal with PSG”, Kylian Mbappé tells AFP agency in statement.
“The board has been informed since July 15th 2022 of my decision not to extend beyond 2024 — and the letter sent was only meant to confirm what I already told them”.
According to inside sources, PSG have told Mbappe to extend now or leave the club this summer.
The club does not want the football star to leave as free agent in June 2024.
PSG will now have to kick Mbappe out this summer or let him go for free in 2024.
