Well, since Kcee shared photos of naked bike riders, we feel we should tell you that hundreds of nude cyclists will take to the street of London today, to raise awareness for greater cycling safety.

The World Naked Bike Ride will see thousands of participants strip off and parade naked throughout dozens of cities around the world. On Friday, Manchester residents were given an eyeful when campaigners rode through the city centre.

Around 300 people took part in naked ride, which made its way down the Oxford Corridor and Deansgate to the bemusement of shoppers and evening drinkers. Organisers said being seen was a key part of its aim.

Andrew Fisher, 40, told the Manchester Evening News:

“It’s about getting people on bikes noticed.

“Even when we are fully clothed we are naked to the danger of motorists on the road.

“The roads were built for bikes but have been overcome by traffic

“We want to live in a world not blighted by traffic pollution and where the car is seen as the go to form of transport. We want cycling to be made safer and easier.

“It’s a real fun, event with a party and carnival atmosphere.

The event, which is now in its 14th year has requested riders not to “exercise your right to nudity in London before the ride or spend an unnecessarily long time dressing at the end”.

The London edition of the ride will start from five different points – including Tower Hill, Regents Park, West Norwood, Hyde Park, Clapham Junction and Kew Bridge.
