Ex BBNaija housemate Tobi Bakre in a post on his Instagram account says he has “paid his dues” to Nigerians.
The 2nd runner up of the recently concluded Big Brother Naija themed “Double Wahala” took to the streets of Lagos telling random strangers and passers-by:
“I deserve some accolades. I’ve paid my dues. I played the fool”.

It was his way of showing his gratitude, for the love and support he got while in the house.
In the caption of the post, Tobi said:
“First day out and the love has been unreal. To everyone that has been supporting worldwide, God bless you! Please keep supporting. You deserve all the accolades”
In the video he goes back inside a compound and carries another housemate from the reality show Alex on his shoulders and finally runs into a pool.
In the early stages of the show Tobi was romantically linked to Cee C but, things didn’t work out between them.
He later started a relationship with Alex. Tobi has been criticised countless times on social media by fans for being a gossip in the house.
During his interview at the eviction show over the weekend, the host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, asked him about it.
He responded saying:
“Everything I say about anyone to Alex I have said it to the person’s face”.
”It is just a misconception. I have people I talk about my stuffs to. It is just some people tagging it as gossip. I say it to their faces”.
